After an order is placed, we create a mockup of the design for approval. Once the mockup is approved, we provide an estimated completion date. Orders can either be picked up at our print shop upon appointment confirmation or shipped out with provided tracking information. Rush orders are available upon request and approval.

Yes, if you are doing business in California and intend to sell or lease tangible personal property subject to sales tax sold at retail, you are required to have a seller’s permit which will grant you exclusion from sales tax. If you have a seller’s please contact us to submit your documentation, get your reseller account approved, and get more information on ordering.

Direct to Garment (DTG) printing is a process of textile printing on garments using water based inks. DTG printers typically have a platen designed to hold the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto textile by the print head. Prints work best on 100% Cotton Shirts.

Yes. We embroider/DTG print on the product of your choice to assure the look and feel of the final product is perfect. We will send you a picture of how it looks for approval. Once we receive your approval, we proceed with the production process.

The best part about digital printing is that there is an unlimited number of colors you can use. Since digital printing is also known as four-color printing, it involves replicating four colors: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. These colors can create any color in digital printing, giving you a crisp look. The process is different for screen-printing, where every color is added into the product as a separate layer. In digital printing, all the colors print at the same time. This process saves time and a significant chunk of money.
